"I believe that therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self — without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I aim to meet you where you are and create a collaborative, supportive environment where we can work together toward the goals that feel meaningful to you.
My approach is compassionate, dynamic, and individualized. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and other modalities, tailoring our work to your needs and aspirations. I value psychoeducation and believe that understanding the “why” behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can be empowering. My background in Family Systems informs how I understand the relationships, environments, and larger systems that shape our experiences.
I practice with cultural humility, curiosity, and openness, recognizing that each person’s identity, culture, and lived experience influence how they understand themselves and move through the world. As a Registered Yoga Teacher with an interest in somatic modalities, I may also incorporate mind-body practices when they feel aligned with your goals. I believe that developing a greater awareness of the mind-body connection and developing skills to support nervous system regulation can be a valuable part of the therapeutic process.
I have particular interests in working with anxiety, OCD, body image, identity formation, life transitions, grief and loss, and spirituality. I especially enjoy supporting people through seasons of change, uncertainty, and self-discovery—helping them develop greater self-understanding, build confidence in their own values and needs, and move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, being in community, reading, writing, and going to live music and theater. Most importantly, I love spending time with my husband, baby, and pup."
