Meet Elizabeth
Accepting new clients!
Elizabeth is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) that provides individual therapy to teens and adults ages 13+. Elizabeth works from a relational and psychodynamic foundation, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions to support clients in understanding patterns, deepening self-awareness, and developing coping tools. She finds that psychoeducation and exploring the mind–body connection are valuable parts of the healing process. Her clinical expertise includes depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, neurodiversity, and perinatal mental health.
Grounded in a strengths-based, culturally responsive and person-centered approach, Elizabeth believes that the therapeutic relationship is central to healing and approaches her work with curiosity, warmth, and humor.
“I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, exploring identity and values, or seeking to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I have previously worked as a social worker in the medical field, supporting individuals navigating homelessness, chronic illness, and disabilities. These experiences have shaped a deep respect for human resilience and a commitment to addressing the complex intersections between mental, physical, and social wellbeing. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and caring space where clients feel seen, valued, and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that invites exploration of your inner world, connection to your strengths, and the practice of self-compassion as you move toward greater self-awareness, balance, and growth.”
