Clinical Expertise: Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, PTSD, Perinatal Mental Health, ADHD, ASD

“You might be here because something feels heavy, confusing, or out of balance. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, questioning who you are or who you’re becoming, or noticing patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to change them. You may be feeling anxious, low, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of carrying so much on your own. At the core, many people I work with want the same thing: to feel understood, to make sense of their inner world, and to develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves, while making intentional changes to enhance and Live Up to their full potential.”

Elizabeth provides individual therapy to teens and adults. Her work stems from a relational and psychodynamic foundation, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions to support clients in understanding patterns, deepening self-awareness, and developing coping tools. She believes strongly that psychoeducation and exploring the mind–body connection are valuable parts of the healing process. Her clinical expertise includes depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, neurodiversity like ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and perinatal mental health.

Elizabeth is a strengths-based and culturally responsive therapist, who believes that the therapeutic relationship is central to healing. Elizabeth approaches her work with curiosity, warmth, and humor.

“I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, exploring identity and values, or seeking to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

I have previously worked as a social worker in the medical field, supporting individuals navigating homelessness, chronic illness, and disabilities. These experiences have shaped a deep respect for human resilience and a commitment to addressing the complex intersections between mental, physical, and social wellbeing.

I strive to create a nonjudgmental and caring space where clients feel seen, valued, and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that invites exploration of your inner world, connection to your strengths, and the practice of self-compassion as you move toward greater self-awareness, balance, and growth.”
